Read moreFrom my own experience, I've found that the concept of "healthy cells have light" is not just poetic but deeply grounding in how our mental and emotional states impact physical well-being. When I started paying attention to the energy behind my words—especially self-talk—I noticed a shift in my overall vitality and mood. Speaking positively and affirming life helped me realign my thoughts and found renewed energy. The idea that "light is from the universe" and "the light within" resonates strongly. It highlights how interconnected our physical health is with our mindset and speech. I began practicing daily affirmations, consciously choosing words that uplift rather than drain my spirit. It became clear that "governing your tongue" is essentially about directing your life's energy—if you dwell on negativity, stress or illness tend to manifest more easily. I recall one period when I faced anxiety and physical fatigue—the cells, metaphorically "getting misaligned" as described, felt drained. Shifting to speak "life, peace, and possibility" gradually restored my mental clarity and renewed my energy levels. It brought me to understand that our bodies react profoundly to the frequencies we emit through language. This teaching echoes many holistic health perspectives, including those focusing on the mind-body connection and the vibrational nature of our existence. When we speak words of encouragement and hope, it’s as if we are nourishing our cells and aligning them for optimal function. Conversely, harsh words or negative beliefs can dim our internal light, making us feel out of sync and weak. Ultimately, embracing this practice has been empowering. It reminds us that our speech is not trivial—it's a tool that shapes our biology and life experience. I encourage anyone interested in improving their health and mindset to start by observing their daily language. Choose to "Speak Like a Queen"—with dignity, love, and light—to foster a healthier and more vibrant life.
