Truss the process

From personal experience, I’ve found that life rarely unfolds exactly as planned, but learning to let go of what was can relieve much of the stress and disappointment we carry. This means consciously releasing attachment to past experiences or outcomes that no longer serve us. Equally important is learning to enjoy what is—the present moment. When we focus our energy on appreciating today, even amid challenges, we open ourselves to more contentment and resilience. Practicing mindfulness or simple gratitude exercises has helped me stay grounded and find joy in everyday activities. Lastly, having faith in what will be is about maintaining hope and confidence in the future, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Trusting the process means believing that growth and good outcomes are happening behind the scenes, even if we can’t see immediate results. By empowering ourselves to be patient and maintain a positive outlook, we can navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease. This approach aligns perfectly with the inspiring message: “Happiness is found in three things: letting go of what was, enjoying what is, and having faith in what will be.” Taking this to heart, I encourage others to embrace patience and trust in their unique journeys. Over time, these practices enrich our lives far beyond momentary success, cultivating deep and lasting happiness.
