One practical way I have found to maintain my focus on God is by actively surrendering my worries each day. Inspired by 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you," I've learned that trusting God with my stress not only lightens my emotional burden but also strengthens my spiritual resilience. Whenever the devil tries to steal my joy or fear threatens to overtake me, I remind myself to be strong and fearless by keeping God at the center of my thoughts. This mindset doesn’t mean that problems vanish, but it enables me to navigate difficulties with peace and hope. A helpful habit has been to start each day with prayer and reflection, intentionally choosing to walk by faith rather than depend on what I see or feel. This practice fosters a deeper trust in God’s plan even when circumstances seem bleak. Additionally, sharing experiences and encouragement with a community of fellow believers has reinforced my commitment to keep God first. Ultimately, walking by faith invites us to shift our perspective from present worries to eternal promises. By doing so, we create space for joy to flourish despite challenges, and find freedom from carrying tomorrow’s burdens today.
