Next, incorporate Dumbbell Step Ups and Reverse Lunges to target your glutes and quads equally. Perform these exercises with 12 lbs dumbbells. Lastly, for core stability, include Flutter Kicks and Russian Twists using a 15 lb kettlebell to fortify your midsection.
