Snow Day Thrift Haul

After 4,273 days of being stuck home (ok it’s been like 6 days but felt like 4,273 🤣) I ventured out to do some thrifting and I racked up! I picked up around 11 pieces (including a Rachel Zoe top 😳) for $70! I can’t wait to style these pieces and create some fun outfits 😍😍

After being cooped up indoors for almost a week, getting out and exploring local thrift shops gave me a refreshing burst of creativity and fun. One of my top finds was a Rachel Zoe top, a brand I’ve admired for its chic yet wearable pieces — snagged for a steal! When I shop secondhand, I like to keep an open mind and focus on quality and versatility rather than just brand names. Comfy pants and classic button-ups are staples I always look for because they can be styled in countless ways. For instance, pairing embroidered comfy pants with a neutral top can instantly elevate a casual outfit, giving off that balanced relaxed yet classy vibe. Thrifting doesn’t just save money; it’s an eco-conscious choice that gives clothes a second life and reduces fashion waste. Plus, the thrill of finding high-quality items for $5.99 or $4.99, as I did with some of my haul, is unmatched and makes the experience even more rewarding. For those new to thrifting, my advice is to go with patience and an open heart. Take time to sift through racks, and you might be surprised by what hidden gems you unearth. Don’t shy away from men’s sections either — many button-ups and shirts can be styled perfectly oversized or tailored for women’s fashion. Overall, this cold snow day turned into an opportunity to refresh my wardrobe with unique pieces that feel personal and stylish without breaking the bank. I’m excited to mix and match these finds and share more outfits soon!
