Recipe: 3 3/4 flour 1 3/4 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp instant yeast 1 1/2 cup warm water Mix Cover with towel and place in a warm spot for 1-2hrs Shape and let sit on counter for 10mins Preheat oven 450 with Dutch oven inside Score & add to Dutch oven Bake 30mins with lid on
