Growing with Christ

Hey guys, my name is Kyra, and ive been trying to grow my relationship with Christ for a few months now. Ive always had an off and on relationship but im putting all my life into him now. I just recently got invited to a bible study but i wanted to post on this platform to see if maybe i could meet more people who want to dive into knowing and praising our Heavenly Father! ❤️

Im still new to this whole thing and have a hard time understanding the bible so i thought maybe if i could meet more Godly people we could all grow together, whether it be online friends or local friends here in Az. I hear Gods call for me to be more open to make more friends. Since for most of my life ive been stuck in my room with the fear of getting to know people cause of my social anxiety. But thats the battle im facing today, im done letting it control me. So please dont hesitate to reach out to me if youre open to making friends. ❤️

... Read moreGrowing in faith can be a transformative experience, and many individuals find themselves yearning for deeper connections with God and with others. As you embark on your journey of spiritual growth, consider exploring various avenues such as joining local church groups, participating in online forums, and engaging in community service activities. These opportunities not only facilitate a richer understanding of biblical teachings but also create a supportive environment where friendships can flourish. Bible studies are especially valuable as they provide a structured approach to understanding scripture while enabling participants to share their insights and questions. For someone like Kyra, who is expressing the desire to make friends while deepening her faith, Bible study groups can serve as a perfect starting point. These gatherings often foster a sense of belonging and open the door to meaningful discussions about faith and spirituality. Moreover, if you're dealing with social anxiety, consider reaching out to one or two people at a time rather than larger groups. Establishing one-on-one connections can be less overwhelming and allows for more profound discussions about faith, personal struggles, and victories in Christ. Remember, the journey of faith is not just an individual endeavor but one that can be enriched through the experiences and support of others. As you seek to strengthen your relationship with Christ, don't hesitate to lean on your newfound friends for encouragement. Share your challenges and victories, and invite them to pray for you and with you. Authentic relationships are rooted in vulnerability and support, making them valuable in both life and faith. Ultimately, by fostering these connections, you can grow together, support each other’s spiritual journeys, and celebrate the love of our Heavenly Father. Whether online or offline, the journey is always more enriching when shared with friends who share your passion for growing in faith.

🌿 Growing What God Planted: Walking in the Fruits of the Spirit
There’s something so powerful about slowing down and really looking at the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23). These aren’t just “good qualities” to try on when life is easy, this is the evidence of God actively working in us. Love that chooses others even when it’s inconvenient (John 15:12).
