「ダルバミストの使用方法」と「使う順番」で迷う人が多いので、私が実際に落ち着いた使い方を“基本の順番”としてまとめます。結論から言うと、ミストは“化粧水の代わり”にも“スキンケアの仕上げ”にも使えるけど、目的を決めると失敗しにくいです。 【基本の使う順番（スキンケア）】 洗顔 →（導入にミスト）→ 化粧水 → 美容液 → 乳液/クリーム →（仕上げにミスト） ・乾燥しやすい日は「導入ミスト」を入れると、その後の化粧水がなじみやすい感覚がありました。 ・逆にベタつきが気になる日は、仕上げのミストは少なめにして“つけすぎ回避”が◎。 【朝の使い方：メイク前の黄金ルート】 朝は「ファーストスプレーセラム」をメイク前にシュッとして、手のひらで軽く押さえるのが一番出番多め。ここでこすらないのがポイントで、ミストの水分が飛びにくくてメイクのりが安定しました。トーンアップを狙う日は「ビタトーニング8%ミスト」をこのタイミングで追加すると、夕方のくすみリセット感が出やすいです。 【日中の使い方：乾燥・崩れ対策（メイクの上から）】 メイクの上から使うときは“近距離でびちゃっとかけない”のがコツ。 1) ティッシュで軽く油分オフ 2) 少し離してミスト（1〜2プッシュ） 3) 触らず乾かす or スポンジでごく軽く押さえる 皮脂と毛穴が気になる日は「アクアマリンエナジーセラム」を混ぜる（または重ねる）と、印象がすっきりしやすかったです。 【夜の使い方：ゆらぎ・鎮静・集中保湿】 肌がゆらぐ夜は「バイタルスプレーセラム」を中心に。赤みっぽい日や、紫外線を浴びた日の“鎮静ケア”として使うと安心感がありました。さらに乾燥が強い日は「リフレッシュ アクア セラム」や“ブルー系”を足して、エアコンで乾いた肌の保湿リセットに。 【混ぜて使う？順番に重ねる？】 私は最初は“混ぜる”より“重ねる”が簡単でした。 ・重ねるなら：さっぱり系 → しっとり系（例：アクアマリン → ファースト） ・混ぜるなら：手のひらに1プッシュずつ出して混ぜ、押し込むとムラになりにくいです。 【やりがち注意】 ・ミスト後にすぐファンデをのせるとヨレやすいので、30秒だけ置く ・かけすぎると乾くまでに時間がかかり、結果崩れることがある ・敏感な日は新しい組み合わせを一気に試さず、まず1本で様子見 同じ「ダルバ ミスト」でも、朝はツヤ仕込み、日中はメイク直し、夜は鎮静と保湿…みたいに役割を決めると本当に使いやすくなりました。
