... Read moreTiramisu is a beloved Italian dessert known for its creamy layers and rich coffee flavor. This eggless version is especially great for those who prefer to avoid raw eggs or are looking for a safer alternative without compromising taste. Using mascarpone cheese combined with heavy cream creates that smooth, luscious texture everyone loves. When preparing the coffee soak, using a mix of boiling and lukewarm water helps achieve the perfect temperature for dipping ladyfingers—ensuring they absorb the coffee flavor without becoming soggy. For the best tiramisu, refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible. This resting time allows the flavors to meld and the texture to set, resulting in a more cohesive and delicious dessert. Dusting with cocoa powder just before serving adds a classic touch and a subtle bitterness that balances the sweetness. This eggless tiramisu pairs wonderfully with Thanksgiving meals and can easily become a holiday staple. Additionally, it’s easy to customize by adding a splash of coffee liqueur or chocolate shavings for extra flavor and presentation. Whether you're a seasoned baker or trying tiramisu for the first time, this recipe offers a straightforward and tasty way to enjoy a traditional Italian dessert without eggs.
