私も179日間、毎日AIと接する生活を続ける中で、最初は使いこなすことに戸惑いもありましたが、徐々にその威力と可能性に驚かされています。特に仕事の効率化だけでなく、新しい発想や副業の展開にも大変役立っています。 AI時代の最大のポイントは「乗り遅れないこと」だと実感しました。技術の進歩が早いため、一度遅れると取り戻すのが非常に大変です。産業革命と同レベルの変革と言われる今、私たち個人事業主や副業を考える人にとって、AIを使いこなすことは必須の生存スキルになっています。 具体的にはChatGPTを活用して文章作成やアイデア出しを行うほか、Geminiなどの最新AIツールも日常的に利用中です。最初は試行錯誤しながらでしたが、継続することで「何をAIに任せて、自分はどこに時間を使うか」が明確になり、仕事の質も向上してきました。 さらに、資産形成や情報発信にもAIは強力なサポート役になっています。例えば文章の添削やブログ投稿のアイデア出しにAIを活用し、自分の強みを広げることができました。 このようにAI時代を生 き抜くために必要なのは、まず使ってみること。乗り遅れてしまうリスクを避け、積極的に学び続ける姿勢が重要です。私のnoteでも詳しくまとめていますが、自分のペースでAI技術を取り入れていくことが、未来を明るくする鍵だと感じています。
