Build-A-Bear Workshop is a store that allows customers to create their own dolls, from choosing a doll to putting a heart in and giving it a name.

The store was founded in 1997 in St.Louis, United States.

She wanted to create new experiences that made children and adults feel that each doll meant something to its owner.

The in-store step starts with choosing a doll whether it will be a bear, rabbit, or a special carator like Pokémon and Disney.

Then the customer gets to "put the heart" into the doll. It's a very warm time, because everyone prays for their new friend before the doll is completely closed.

After that, the staff will help them soften the dolls as we want, and we can also choose clothes, jewelry, or add special sounds and smells.

When everything is done, there is a final step: "Name" and print the doll as a new member of the house.
