Twilight Movie Binge

Lets Binge Twilight on Tubi

(I’ve only watched the movie and haven’t read the book yet/ my TBR is pretty infinitely long)

Twilight: love seeing how it all began. Edward definitely has a staring problem and I took the first meeting in the classroom offensiveI. Like sir I don’t smell you smell. I’m my head cannon he’s so abrasive with her because he can’t read her mind and probably trying to figure out why that is. Like maybe if I get closer to her maybe my mind reading powers would work, idk, but at the same time tells her to stay away from him. Like dude you keep walking up to me.

New Moon: Team Jacob because he’s a giant fluffy wolf, come on people. I still don’t like Bella behavior after the breakup (I never did) she was too down and needed adult intervention and to be watched. Other than that I enjoyed learning about the wolves. I loved meeting the volturri, vampire high council looks cool.

Eclipse: my fav movie for the action, I got to know more about the Cullen siblings stories. Wish we got to know more about the Cullen in the films.

Breaking Dawn 1: basically held us hostage in the theater to make sure we came back for part 2. I’m happy for this wedding and honeymoon but they dragged out the pregnancy for me. Cute but a skip

Breaking Dawn 2: Vampires turn into the x men in the last film. I love this film for the action, meeting new vampires, and the collective WHAT moment we all had in the theatres.

... Read moreBinge-watching the Twilight saga on Tubi gives you a unique chance to experience the evolution of this iconic series in one go. Starting with Twilight, Edward's intense staring and awkward attempts to figure out Bella's mindless immunity create a complex dynamic that's both funny and intriguing. It’s interesting how his mind-reading powers shape their early relationship, highlighting his confusion and efforts to protect her. In New Moon, the introduction of Team Jacob brings a fresh, furry perspective with the shape-shifting wolves, adding a fascinating layer to the supernatural universe. Bella’s struggle through heartbreak shows a more vulnerable side, sparking discussions about emotional processing and support in relationships. The Volturi, as the vampire council, deepen the world-building with their ominous presence. Eclipse stands out for its action-packed sequences and deeper exploration of the Cullen family stories—something fans often wish the films expanded upon more. This movie captures the tension between the characters and the looming threats they face, making it a high point in the saga. Breaking Dawn Part 1 might feel slow with its extended pregnancy storyline, yet it’s essential for the emotional buildup to the finale. The wedding and honeymoon scenes celebrate the love story’s progression. Breaking Dawn Part 2 delivers thrilling action where vampires showcase powers reminiscent of the X-Men, introducing new characters that add excitement and surprise moments, creating a memorable climax. What makes re-watching Twilight so enjoyable is seeing these characters and their relationships grow, along with the supernatural elements that keep refining the story. For anyone with a long TBR list like me, watching the movies first on a free platform like Tubi is a great way to immerse yourself in the Twilight world before diving into the books. Plus, the nostalgia of the films and the passionate fan debates they inspire make it a perfect binge for any Twilight enthusiast or newcomer looking for a mix of romance, supernatural drama, and action.
