But then I realized, why not bring that 'coffee shop inspo' right into my own kitchen? Especially with the convenience of instant coffee, it felt like a challenge worth taking on. And guess what? I absolutely nailed it! This is my ultimate 'foodie's guide' to crafting that coveted drink at home, using humble instant coffee. Why instant coffee, you ask? Beyond being a budget-friendly option, it's incredibly convenient for those days when you need a quick caffeine fix without the elaborate brewing process. Plus, for a shaken espresso, instant coffee dissolves perfectly, giving you a smooth, strong coffee base that's essential for achieving that authentic taste and texture. You don't need fancy equipment, just a few pantry staples, and you're ready to create a masterpiece. Here’s what you’ll need to make your own delicious Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso: Instant Coffee: About 2 teaspoons of a good quality instant espresso powder or fine instant coffee granules. This is the heart of our quick brew! Brown Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons, depending on your sweetness preference. I prefer dark brown sugar for a richer, molasses-like flavor, but light brown works wonderfully too. Hot Water: 1/4 cup (about 60ml) for dissolving the coffee and sugar. Milk of Choice: About 1/2 to 3/4 cup. Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato Iced Coffee 6-8oz milk or cream of choice. Add 1oz Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Macchiato, and splash of Vanilla Skinny Syrup to milk. Froth/stir and pour over ice. In separate cup add 1-2 tsp instant coffee of choice to 3-4 oz water. Froth. Pour this into your milk. F
