"Cuộc sống đôi lúc méo mó quá, mình cũng chẳng còn đủ sức lực để vo tròn nó lại.
Thế nên cuối cùng chỉ muốn im lặng, không phàn nàn, không bất bình, cũng không tha thiết điều gì nữa..”
Life can sometimes feel overwhelmingly difficult, and there are moments when it seems impossible to make sense of everything. I’ve often found myself drained, lacking the strength to 'smooth out' life’s rough edges or to fix situations that seem beyond repair. Through my experience, I’ve learned that embracing silence—choosing not to complain or express anger—can be a powerful way to regain inner peace. Instead of fighting against the tides of frustration, sometimes the best response is quiet acceptance, allowing yourself the space to heal. This doesn't mean giving up hope or becoming indifferent, but rather recognizing that not every battle needs to be fought vocally. When we stop pouring energy into negative emotions, we create room to focus on things that truly matter—our well-being, relationships, and small joys. Taking time for self-reflection, practicing mindfulness, or simply resting can help rebuild emotional resilience. In my personal journey, whenever life feels twisted or unfair, I remind myself that it’s okay to pause and be silent rather than forced to fix everything immediately. This approach nurtures emotional strength and gradually restores balance. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or resigned, know that silence can be a meaningful response that ultimately empowers you to move forward with clarity and calm.
