Chúng ta chọn cách nói nhỏ lại giữa một thế giới đang nói quá to.
In today’s fast-paced and noisy world, I have found that adopting a quieter approach to communication and interaction truly transforms the quality of relationships and inner peace. From personal experience, when I choose to lower my voice and respond with gentleness rather than trying to dominate conversations, I notice that people genuinely listen and connect more deeply. It’s not about being weak or passive; rather, it’s about strength in self-control and emotional intelligence. When we let go of the need to always be right or heard loudly, we create space for empathy and understanding. This shift helped me realize that humility doesn’t diminish our worth; instead, it expands our capacity for kindness and patience. Also, “making the ego smaller to make the heart wider,” as beautifully expressed, resonates strongly. Practicing this mindset has reduced my stress and allowed me to approach life’s challenges with a calmer perspective. When we make room in our hearts by softening our self-importance, life feels less crowded and overwhelming. Incorporating moments of silence or low voices in meetings or daily conversations can foster respect and reduce tension. It reminds me of the power of subtlety—how quiet actions often speak louder than loud words. Overall, gentleness is not about silence alone but about a deliberate choice to nurture peace and resilience within ourselves and in our relationships.
