Matthew 10 Bible Study Lessons
I’ve been slowly working through the book of Matthew, one chapter at a time, and wow — each chapter leaves me with so much clarity!
The Bible constantly reminds us that those who fear the Lord lack nothing ✨ — but if I’m honest, I still find myself trying to store up provisions and plan every detail ahead.
Matthew 10:9–10 really hit me this time. Jesus tells His disciples not to bring anything for their journey because their work is enough.
That made me pause and reflect:
Is my fear rooted in not having enough, or is it because deep down I don’t believe my work is worthy?
So lately, I’ve been shifting my focus — away from provision, money, and planning, and back to the work God has given me.
Serving others.
Working as if working for the Lord.
It’s definitely not always easy, but the answers really are in the Word of God —
We just don’t always take them… sometimes 🥴
