I’m not ok🙂

The idea of recycling isn't just about the environment; mentally recycling our thoughts and emotions—turning negative spirals into reflective and constructive insights—can be incredibly powerful. It's also important to reach out and communicate with trusted friends or family, or to seek professional support if needed. Emotional wellness is a journey, not a destination, and being open about our struggles can lead to greater understanding and resilience. Remember that not feeling okay is a temporary state, and through patience and self-compassion, you can navigate through those tough times.
