Trick Eng How to give people a review + share English job interview experience

And while working at a public company, I was an interview interpreter for a Mecan head, so I wanted to share my own tricks and preparation experiences. Ready to see. ❤️
1. Prepare to tell me about yourself (write out and recite in the mouth). For the POS, we are really introduced. We will try to get the core idea, what is the name, what is the end, and what company has the content, what have we done, gist idea and recite. * It is important not to prolong to stay within 1-2 minutes. If the new end has an internship, say a lot of internships. If there is no internship, focus on the activities. Show us that we have "work" skills.
2.Vocabulary about work
This is important. We do HR. Sometimes they will throw a lot of specific words to us, so we will find the words to prepare. In time, they will say what they mean and then the scope area of what this word means and will prepare the answer.
3. Prepare the projects we used to do. Write as Eng.
What do we do? What problem? How do we fix these three steps?
4.Top questions Remember the answer!!!
Strength, weakness, achievement, conflict Why US Why You write the answer and then recite. Even if they don't ask, we can pull the answer. Because the key word or sentence is not very different.
5. Prepare questions to ask, such as when they ask if they have anything to ask or which part we want to ask (we can ask back, do not let it be one way of communication), such as what are the team's current prospects, etc. We want to know about the organization, how to draft the question.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์งานภาษาอังกฤษหลายครั้ง ทั้งในบริษัท FMCG ระดับโลกและ e-commerce ชั้นนำ รวมถึงการรับหน้าที่ล่ามสัมภาษณ์กับหัวหน้าชาวต่างชาติ ทำให้ได้เรียนรู้ว่าความมั่นใจและการเตรียมตัวละเอียดรอบคอบเป็นหัวใจหลักในการสัมภาษณ์ ผมพบว่า การเตรียมตอบ "Tell me about yourself" เป็นก้าวแรกที่สำคัญ ควรเขียนสคริปต์และฝึกพูดให้เป็นธรรมชาติ ไม่ต้องยาวเกิน 1-2 นาที เน้นสาระสำคัญที่บอกถึงชื่อการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงทักษะที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ผู้สัมภาษณ์เห็นว่าคุณเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านนั้นๆ อีกอย่างที่ขาดไม่ได้คือการเตรียม Vocabulary เฉพาะงานและคำถามที่อาจเจอ การมีคำศัพท์จำเพาะที่รู้ความหมายและสามารถใช้ตอบได้ทันทีจะช่วยลดความกังวลในระหว่างสัมภาษณ์ ตลอดจนเตรียมโครงสร้าง Project หรือผลงานที่ผ่านมาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เพื่อแสดงถึงการแก้ปัญหาและคิดวิเคราะห์ของตัวเองอย่างชัดเจน การฝึกตอบคำถามยอดนิยม เช่น จุดแข็ง-จุดอ่อน ความสำเร็จที่ผ่านมา หรือเหตุผลที่เลือกบริษัทนี้ จะช่วยให้ตอบได้ไม่ติดขัดและยังสามารถดึงประเด็นต่าง ๆ มาขยายได้ถ้าเจอคำถามเฉพาะตัวอื่นๆ อย่าลืมเตรียมคำถามที่จะถามกลับฝ่ายสัมภาษณ์ด้วย เช่น "What are the team’s current priorities?" หรือเรื่องที่อยากรู้เกี่ยวกับองค์กร เพื่อแสดงความสนใจและการเตรียมตัวอย่างรอบคอบ อีกทั้งเป็นการสร้างบรรยากาศการสนทนาแบบสองทาง ไม่ใช่เพียงการตอบคำถามอย่างเดียว สุดท้าย ช่วงซ้อมเป็นเรื่องสำคัญ ควรลองซ้อมพูดกับเพื่อนหรือผ่านกระจกให้เสียงและน้ำเสียงดูคล่องแคล่ว แต่ต้องไม่ดูเหมือนท่อง จำไว้ว่าการเว้นจังหวะเพื่อคิดคำตอบเล็กน้อยจะทำให้ดูเป็นธรรมชาติและมั่นใจมากขึ้น จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมยังพบว่าแม้จะมีความพร้อมแค่ไหน ความใจเย็นและแสดงความเป็นตัวเองอย่างจริงใจในระหว่างสัมภาษณ์จะช่วยเพิ่มความประทับใจได้มากกว่าคำตอบที่สมบูรณ์แบบเพียงอย่างเดียว ลองใช้ทริคเหล่านี้ดูแล้วคุณจะรู้สึกว่าโอกาสได้งานในฝันใกล้แค่เอื้อมจริงๆค่ะ
