Recognized as the Driver of the Month for February 2025, Mims has excelled in delivering to some of the most demanding routes across the eastern United States. His exemplary performance includes thorough research on delivery locations and effective communication with receivers, ensuring timely deliveries. Mims's dedication to safety is evident; since joining, he has maintained an unblemished safety record, adhering strictly to JB Hunt's safety protocols. He's taken proactive measures to set up safety cones at delivery sites, reinforcing the importance of a safe working environment. Outside of work, Douglas enjoys quality time with his family and passionately supports his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, celebrating their achievement as Super Bowl champions this February. His hard work and commitment not only strengthen customer relationships but also inspire his colleagues in the industry.
