Glaze:
2 c powdered sugar • 4–5 tbsp milk • 1 tsp vanilla • pinch salt
Directions
1. Preheat 350°F. Grease loaf pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
4. Combine until just mixed (don’t overmix).
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 60–70 min (toothpick clean).
7. Cool 10 min, remove to rack.
Glaze: Mix until smooth, pour over warm bread. Let set 20–30 min.
