One of the most powerful realizations I've had on this journey from surviving to truly living is understanding the importance of releasing old pain. Holding onto past hurts can block us from moving forward, much like the idea that "Your new chapter can't start if you're holding old pain." This metaphor resonated deeply with me, especially the phrase "Never remove chairs, remove people." It reminded me that sometimes, to make room for new opportunities and positive influences, we must courageously let go of relationships or environments that no longer serve our growth. Living fully also means embracing opposition and struggle as necessary parts of our personal growth. These challenges, while difficult, have been my greatest teachers. Instead of fearing adversity, I've learned to welcome it as an inevitable step toward becoming my best self. Consistency and commitment can indeed create friction with others, but staying true to your path is essential. I recall moments when my dedication made some uncomfortable, yet it was this unwavering commitment that propelled me to real change. Mindset is everything—changing people, places, or circumstances will amount to little if we cling to limiting beliefs. Self-love is the foundation that enables us to face trauma head-on, heal, and then transform. Writing down goals and pursuing them relentlessly, with no plan B, has helped me stay focused on living intentionally rather than merely existing. Finally, shifting from blaming external factors to taking personal accountability has been liberating. Change truly begins and ends with you. Every day is an opportunity to move beyond survival and actively participate in creating a meaningful, fulfilling life. Remember, you were born to live, not just to survive.
