Living authentically and creating the life you envision is often a journey of self-awareness and courage. From my personal experience, the hardest part is recognizing the unconscious patterns and beliefs inherited across generations that shape our decisions and behaviors. These transgenerational behaviors can manifest as limiting mindsets, maladaptive reactions, or even emotional blockages that keep us stuck in unproductive or unhealthy cycles. One key step I found essential in this journey was learning to demand from myself what I expect from others—meaning cultivating accountability and setting clear personal standards. When you do this, it shifts your mindset to a higher level of self-respect and discipline, allowing you to move beyond the confusion of trying to rationalize illogical or harmful situations. Critical and cognitive thinking tools helped me a lot along the way. Concepts like cognitive dissonance, constructivist thinking, and strategic thinking helped me unpack my emotional responses and social conditioning. In particular, understanding how social dynamics like groupthink or codependency influenced my past choices was eye-opening. It empowered me to practice divergent and empathetic thinking, which opened space for healthier relationship patterns with myself and others. I also embraced transformational coaching principles and wholistic health approaches to simultaneously support my mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. This holistic shift deepened my insight into divine purpose and helped me dissolve self-sabotaging habits, reinforcing the belief that I am equipped by higher forces to achieve what is needed for my life. Finally, adopting transparency and reciprocity in my interactions fostered genuine connections and accountability, dismantling feelings of disenfranchisement or isolation that often accompany deep personal change. Remember, stopping these patterns starts with you—your awareness, your choices, and your willingness to live without self-limiting beliefs or maladaptive behaviors. In essence, "LIVE PLEASE" is a call to awaken, reclaim your power, and live fully without fear of making sense out of nonsense. It’s about recognizing that despite past influences, you hold the agency to transform your life now and for future generations.
