That’s my go-to on a blah day — what’s yours?

Ever have one of those “blah days” where you’re not sad or happy, just meh? 😐 You feel low-energy, unmotivated, and like you’re just going through the motions.

On days like that, I find comfort in a warm cup of cinnamon tea, it’s soothing, helps calm my body, and lift my mood.

Just add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder or a cinnamon stick to hot water, steep for a few minutes, and sip your way back to balance. ☕✨
