Rosh Hashana!

Shana Tova to everyone celebrating today! It’s the Jewish New Year 🍏🍯 We had a delicious dinner with lots of “short cuts” (you know me 😉) - rotisserie chicken, frozen veggies, pre-made potatoes from the Whole Foods prepared foods counter, and apples dipped in honey

I love these breaks in the year - times to reflect. Are your priorities lined up? Are you focusing on what really matters? As Stephen Covey says “is your ladder leaning against the right wall?” Some of my priorities right now are:

✅Preparing my body for (hopefully!) another pregnancy next year

✅Deepening my bonds with my daughters, Zak, and my parents

✅Continuing to make Best Body the leading weight loss coaching and meal planning program out there🤩

Here’s to a year of focusing on what matters most! 💛
