Catching back up!

I have ready to meet my reading goal for this year! Granted, it was quite small at 5 books. I have read 11 books so far! However, I my actual goal was to try to read a book a month.

Kind of got to my partner book banned me tell I get a big chunk of my tbr read. I might have close to 100 books already.

How is everyone else's reading goals going? Any interesting info in the book world going on?

Many book lovers opt to follow the 'one book a month' approach to balance their busy lives, making the goal reasonable yet fulfilling. With a personal library that sometimes swells to nearly 100 books, one might wonder how to prioritize choices. It's helpful to build a TBR (to-be-read) list to organize reading materials based on interests, genres, or recommendations. Furthermore, exploring popular trends in the book world can offer valuable insights. For instance, many readers today participate in online reading challenges or book clubs, fostering community support and shared experiences. The rise of social media platforms dedicated to literature, such as BookTok or Goodreads, allows readers to connect, share reviews, and discover new favorites. Engaging with these communities not only enhances the reading experience but also provides motivation and accountability. Lastly, don't hesitate to share your journey with others. Asking friends or online communities for suggestions can introduce you to unexpected genres or authors that resonate deeply with you. Remember, the goal is not just about the number of books but the enjoyment and enrichment that reading brings into our lives.
