8th April Lunch Buffet Menu

I recently had the chance to try the 8th April lunch buffet at Dragon’s Bite, and it was quite a delightful experience. Priced at just $8.90 nett, the variety and quality of the dishes offered exceeded my expectations for such an affordable buffet. One of the standout dishes was the Braised Pork with Egg, which was tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The Deep Fried Spring Roll offered a crunchy, savory bite that paired nicely with other items. I particularly enjoyed the Stir Fried Bee Hoon and Egg Fried Rice, which were cooked to perfection—light and not greasy. The Lemon Chicken Chop was refreshingly tangy, balancing the richness of the other dishes well. For seafood lovers, the Sambal Sotong was a spicy and savory treat, giving a nice kick without overwhelming heat. The veggie options, including Stir Fried Cai Pu/French Bean and Salted Veg Tofu, added a wholesome touch and helped balance the meal.
