The Foundation: Posture and Mewing This was a game-changer for me. Proper tongue posture, often called 'mewing,' involves resting your entire tongue on the roof of your mouth. It sounds simple, but it takes practice! I consciously remind myself throughout the day, especially when working or relaxing. Over time, I've noticed a subtle but definite improvement in my jawline definition. It's not an overnight miracle, but consistency is key here. Good body posture also plays a huge role – keeping your head up and shoulders back can prevent a 'tech neck' and contribute to a more elegant facial structure. 2. Simple Facial Exercises for Definition Beyond mewing, I've integrated a few simple facial exercises into my routine. These aren't strenuous workouts, but more like gentle stretches and toning. For instance, I practice 'jawline definition' exercises by gently pushing my tongue against the roof of my mouth while smiling, holding for a few seconds.
