Toddler Dinner Ideas 🫶🏼

This is what I’ve fed my toddler for dinner the last four nights. We eat a lot of chicken in my house 😂

I take a very low pressure approach to meal times. As long as we’ve got a protein and two veggies on the plate, I’m happy. And as long as my son has food in his belly, I don’t mind if the plate still has food on it when the meal is over.

Don’t stress yourself out over mealtimes! Sometimes what’s the simplest is what works 🥰

By focusing on simple, nutritious options that appeal to young taste buds, parents can create stress-free mealtime experiences. For example, try serving Chicken Buttered Penne with broccoli salad, a delightful combination that packs in protein and veggies. Another favorite might be classic Spaghetti & Meatballs paired with garlic bread and a side salad, providing comfort food that kids love. Chicken with green beans, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese can round out the variety, making dinnertime exciting. For fussy eaters, serving Chicken Nuggets alongside green beans and corn is a hit—not only is it simple, but it also ensures they are remaining well-nourished. Embrace your journey in toddler meals with these relaxed approaches, making mealtime enjoyable for both you and your little one!

Is it bad that my brain went “these are all great lunch time ideas” for my adult self 😭😭 not the portions but the foods themselves 🥰
