... Read moreWhen participating in Inktober, especially themes like 'Weave', I find that using vibrant markers such as OLO really brings the artwork to life. Weaving patterns can be quite mesmerizing to draw and provide an excellent way to practice detailed inking techniques. For those looking to expand their Inktober portfolio, consider experimenting with different textures and layering multiple colors to add depth. Additionally, incorporating thematic elements like spiders or webs not only ties well with the 'Weave' theme but also adds a narrative layer to your art. Personalizing your sketches by combining nature-inspired motifs makes each drawing more meaningful and engaging. If you're new to Inktober, start with simple weaving shapes and gradually increase complexity, focusing on clean lines and contrasts. Sharing your progress with online communities can also provide valuable feedback and motivation throughout the challenge. Remember, the journey is about growth and expression, so enjoy each stroke of your pen!

It’s so weird, I loved this movie as a wee babe, but when I got just a little bit older, I couldn’t watch it anymore 😅 I literally have no idea why, I guess the animation didn’t bother little baby me. I’ve avoided it since, but maybe I should try watching it again! Also nicely done! I love your use of colors on her! And I especially love the shading on her scarf!
