Claire’s bags

My local Kohl’s has a Claire’s section next to the Sephora. I was looking around with my husband and saw these. It’s funny because I’ve been watching lots of TikTok’s from Love Luxury (if you know you know) and know a lot about the Birkin bags and mini Kelly’s (I think so😄). He’s watched some videos with me so he kind of has an idea about them (because I want some in the future😅) And since I’ve shown him some designs and models, he agreed that these look just like them … but for girls (or those that like mini bags) . The pink ones on the bottom look like mini Chanel bags. These bags were $30-$35. They are very cute. Especially for little girly girls.

... Read moreOkay, so you know how I was obsessing over those adorable Claire's mini bags that look like luxury dupes? Well, my latest deep dive into Claire's offerings got me thinking beyond just handbags. If you're like me, constantly on the hunt for cute and affordable accessories, you've probably also wondered about their backpacks! And let me tell you, Claire's definitely delivers in that department too, especially if you're looking for something fun, trendy, or just practical for everyday use. They have such a wide variety, from super cute mini backpacks that are perfect for carrying just your essentials – echoing that 'mini bag' trend we love – to more traditional school-sized sac à dos. I've seen some adorable sparkly options, sometimes even with playful character designs, that are a huge hit with younger girls. But don't count them out if you're an adult looking for a fun, lightweight bag for a day out or a concert! What I really appreciate about Claire's bags, whether they're the pink and black mini tote bags or hot pink quilted crossbody bags with gold chains I mentioned earlier, is that they tap into current fashion trends without the hefty price tag. Their backpacks are no exception. You can often find styles that mimic more expensive fashion backpacks, offering that Designer Dupe vibe in a more casual format. For instance, sometimes they have sleek faux-leather mini backpacks that give off a sophisticated look, or transparent sac à dos which are perfect for events with clear bag policies. The price point for their backpacks is usually fantastic, keeping them well within that budget-friendly zone, typically ranging from $20-$40 depending on the size and design. They're not going to be heirloom pieces, but for adding a pop of personality or fulfilling a specific need (like a themed day out or a school bag that can handle some wear and tear), they're perfect. Plus, they often have sales, so you can snag an even better deal! So next time you're browsing the Claire's section, don't just stop at the handbags. Take a peek at their backpack collection. You might just find the perfect sac à dos to complement your style, whether you're heading to class, a festival, or just need a cute way to carry your goodies. It's all about finding those fun, affordable pieces that make you smile, right?
