OMG, you guys, I'm still buzzing from my trip to Kohl's! I stumbled upon their new 2024 Disney Christmas Village collection, and it's absolutely magical. Seriously, if you're like me and obsessed with all things Disney and holiday decor, you NEED to check these out. I was specifically looking for some enchanting pieces to go with my 'Christmas tree princess' theme this year, and I hit the jackpot! Let me tell you about some of my absolute favorites. First, the Disney Princess Christmas Village topiary accessory featuring Tiana, Cinderella, and Belle under a festive arch is just breathtaking. It's hand-painted with such detail, and it immediately caught my eye. I can already picture it as a centerpiece in my display, adding that royal touch! Then, of course, there are the iconic Mickey and Friends pieces. The 'Mickey's Fountain' is so charming with Mickey and Minnie by an illuminated fountain – perfect for bringing some light to your village. And how cute is the 'Holiday Popcorn Stand' with Goofy and Pluto? It’s another beautifully hand-painted piece that adds so much character. I also loved 'Mickey's Mail,' showing Mickey by a Christmas tree and mailbox, completely illuminated and ready to spread holiday cheer. For those who love a bit more action in their village, the 'Mickey's Camping Village' with Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto in a camper trailer, and 'Donald & Daisy's Holiday Home' are fantastic. Both are illuminated and battery-operated, making them super easy to set up anywhere. The details on Pluto next to a snowman with Chip and Dale in the 'Pluto & Snowman' accessory are just too sweet! I can't get enough of these hand-painted treasures. What really impressed me is that these are all new for 2024 and only at Kohl's! It makes finding them feel like a special treasure hunt. They're all designed for indoor use, so they'll be perfect for creating a cozy, festive atmosphere in your home. I'm already planning how to arrange my 'Tree Shopping Village' piece, where Mickey and Minnie are carrying a big Christmas tree, right next to the 'Candy Store' featuring Mickey and Pluto. Imagine the stories you can tell with these scenes! If you're wondering how to display them, I always start with a base of faux snow or cotton batting. Then I layer in some small bottlebrush trees and maybe a string of fairy lights to make everything glow. The illuminated pieces like the 'Candy Store' and 'Mickey & Minnie's Gate Village Accessory' really help to bring the whole scene to life. For my 'Christmas tree princess' area, I'm thinking of placing the princess topiary near miniature glittery trees and perhaps some delicate ornaments.
