There are times that I want to give up because I’m stressed, overwhelmed, overstimulated, and overall exhausted and drained. But I think about where I am in life and if I want to be in this same spot in 5 years from now. Of course I don’t. So what keeps me going is my desire for a better future.
As a nursing student in an accelerated BSN program, juggling academic rigor with a full-time CNA job at night presents unique challenges. Many students face similar feelings of stress and exhaustion during their educational journey. Utilizing effective time management strategies and seeking support from peers can significantly improve mental health and academic performance. It’s essential to focus on self-care through regular breaks, nutritious meals, and proper rest. Additionally, connecting with fellow nursing students can provide motivation and encouragement during difficult times. Leveraging online forums and study groups could help share resources and coping strategies. Embracing a positive mindset can also be vital—visualizing success and setting achievable goals might transform the overwhelming experience into a more manageable one. Remember, it's okay to seek help when needed and to take things one step at a time.
You got this girl! It’s not easy I am sure! But you are right it will better your future with a great paying career. I am a registered respiratory therapist and school was not easy, but it has definitely given me a career making good money. I love taking care of patients.
