3 pounds masa 2 cups lard 2-3 tablespoons baking powder Salt to taste mix masa untill fluffy , should not stick on hand. Fill with birria meat ( recipe last video) and queso Oaxaca, you can use mozzarella. Steam for 45- 1h on high heat. At the end I dipped the tamal in birria consome.
