Spending Time Alone

I LOVE my alone time. I feel like it really gives me time to collect myself. I went from being someone that had to be surrounded by people all the time to mostly being alone. I find comfort in it. Maybe a little too much sometimes. 🫣

Time spent alone can lead to self-discovery. It gives you time to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. It can spark creativity and lead to personal growth/ healing.

It allows you to process emotions and can strengthen your sense of independence. When you learn to enjoy your own company, you become more present, more self-aware, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. ✨

My favorite alone time activities:

- reading, shopping, solo dates, going to the gym (something new for me), and watching my favorite shows.
