Life as an Entrepreneur

When you’re starting a company every week looks very different. I try to maintain some level of consistency in terms of schedule to keep me on task and moving in the right direction 📋!

One key thing I try to do is workout every day. My preference is to get fitness in first thing. This morning that meant Pilates but other days it means going to the gym with my husband (I love the FitBod app) and other days it’s a light jog around the neighborhood🏃‍♀️!

Another big to do with week was figuring out how to create a barcode and getting our cans template updated to include the barcode. I think it looks pretty legit! What do you think🤔?

Last but not least we can’t forget about my closest co-worker June. Between calls, messages and all the fun iterations she’s always there for all of the pets and love 🐾!

And during my downtime I started reading East of Eden. Has anyone else read this book by John Steinbeck📚?

As business owners manage their company, maintaining a routine is vital for productivity. Incorporating fitness into the daily schedule not only boosts mental clarity but also promotes a healthy lifestyle. This year, many entrepreneurs are embracing holistic health trends and prioritizing routines like daily workouts, whether through Pilates, jogging, or strength training. Moreover, entrepreneurs often need to effectively manage their product development processes, such as incorporating barcodes on products, ensuring they meet industry standards for retail. This small yet crucial task can significantly enhance the professionalism of a product, signaling to consumers and retailers that the business is legitimate and prepared for the market. The entrepreneurial journey also emphasizes the importance of having reliable support, both in teamwork—whether with pets offering companionship or partnerships with family members—and in mentorships from experienced professionals. As entrepreneurs share their experiences, they often find value in connecting with communities that discuss lessons learned, tips on staying organized, and sharing resources. So, whether you’re diving into a new project or simply looking to inspire, reflecting on your week can yield impactful insights. What's working for you lately in your entrepreneurial journey?
