Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 tbs olive oil
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-2 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
-heat pan to high heat and add 1 tbs olive oil
-brown ground turkey and add spices; mix well
-cook for an additional 1-2 minutes

Ingredients:
-3 large sweet potatoes, dice into small 1/2” cubes
-3 tbs olive oil
-1 tbs onion powder
-1 tbs garlic powder
-1 tbs smoked paprika
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
-add diced sweet potatoes into large bowl with oil and spices; mix well
-air fry at 400F for 30-40 minutes until tender
Peppers and Onions 🫑🧅
Ingredients:
-2 large bell peppers, thinly sliced
-1 large red onion, thinly sliced
-2 tbs olive oil
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
-add peppers and onions to bowl with oil and spices; mix well
-heat pan to high heat
-add peppers and onions and sauté for 8-10 minutes until tender
Spicy Lime Mayo 🌶️🍋🟩
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup mayo
-hot sauce of your choice
-juice of half a lime
Instructions:
-add above ingredients and whisk together well
-cover with a lid; store in fridge until ready to use
