yogurt plastic containers are better freezing than Mason jars.. less prone to breaking when soup expands when frozen... and thawing is quicker.. just drop container into water bath to defrost. We live in tomato greenhouse country , I make similar tomato soups and yours looks delicious.. I have saved it, to try later.. Thanks for sharing
