MASTER OF PUPPETS TURNS 40!!!
Metallica’s signature album was released on March 3, 1986. It was the third studio release by the legendary metal band. Sadly, it was the last album to feature Cliff Burton on bass, who died less than seven months after the album’s release when an accident caused him to be ejected from the band’s tour bus, which subsequently landed on top of him. Despite Metallica’s self-titled “black album” being their most successful, this work was their most influential.
