Sometimes it’s not rejection,it’s God’s protection

Trust that where you don’t belong, He’ll never let you stay.

... Read moreIt's so easy to feel crushed when things don't go our way, isn't it? I’ve been there countless times – that sting of not being invited, not included, or feeling completely overlooked. In those moments, it's hard to see beyond the immediate disappointment. We pour our hearts into applications, relationships, or dreams, only to face a closed door. It feels like a personal failure, a direct slap in the face. But what if, just what if, those "rejections" were actually something else entirely? I remember a time I was so set on a particular career path. I worked tirelessly, networked, and imagined my future in that specific role. When it didn't pan out, I was devastated. It felt like a deep rejection, and I questioned everything. I constantly replayed what I might have done wrong. But looking back now, years later, I can clearly see that not getting that position was one of the best things that ever happened to me. It wasn't a rejection; it was God's protection. He was keeping me away from what would've harmed me, or at the very least, from a path that wasn't truly aligned with my highest good. This concept – that rejection is often divine protection – has been a game-changer for my perspective. When I hear "Not invited? Not included? Not considered? Good!!" from others who share this wisdom, it truly resonates. It's a reminder that sometimes, the universe (or God, for those who believe) has a bigger, better plan for us. What seems like a closed door today might just be a divine redirection towards an open gate we couldn't even imagine. It's like being guided away from a dangerous road toward a safer, more scenic route, even if we can't see the danger or the new path yet. Learning to trust this process isn't easy. It requires a significant leap of faith, especially when the disappointment is fresh. But embracing the idea of "Trust the PROTECTION, not the REJECTION!!" brings an incredible sense of peace. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, we can start asking, "What is God protecting me from?" or "What new opportunity is He preparing me for?" This shift in mindset helps alleviate the anxiety and self-doubt that often accompany feelings of rejection. For me, trusting God's plan means releasing the need to control every outcome. It means understanding that sometimes, not getting what we want is precisely what we need. It's about having faith that there's a reason for every "no," and that reason is always for our ultimate benefit. This isn't about being passive; it's about being discerning and open to the flow of life, knowing that sometimes God uses closed doors to lead us to open windows. It's truly about finding #PeaceOverDrama and remembering that #GodGotYou, even when things feel uncertain. Embracing this perspective has not only strengthened my faith but also allowed me to navigate life's inevitable setbacks with a lot more grace and hope, understanding that every turn is part of a larger, divinely orchestrated #GodsPlan.
