baby picture hack

Turn on Live Photos! I had mine off for a long time because of the extra battery and storage but this has been a baby photo lifesaver! On any Live Photo you can tap “edit” and then pick the frame you want to focus on. I’ve seen people take videos and screenshot that for the photos they want, but in my experience the shots are much higher quality with photos (even the Live versions!) rather than videos. I got three absolutely precious pictures from these and all three were just split second moments. Swipe to see the Live Photos and the shots that won out!

To enhance your photography skills, consider turning on Live Photos, which allows you to select the best frame from a burst of shots. This technique not only preserves those split-second expressions but also offers more variety in your photos. For parents using iPhones, adjusting your settings can be a game-changer. Live Photos capture a short video alongside the still image, giving you multiple options to choose from when editing. It enables you to select the ideal frame that truly represents the moment, turning random shots into cherished memories. Many parents have discovered that relying on traditional video captures can yield lower quality images compared to Live Photo edits. Experimenting with different angles and lighting can also make a significant difference in the final results. Lastly, don't hesitate to share your favorites with online communities like #babyphotoideas and #babypictures, where you can gain further insights and connect with other parents looking for the best photography tips. Whether you are a seasoned photographer or just starting, these simple hacks can transform your baby photo-taking experience.
