Books I’ve nearly bought

I decided to take a browse through a Barnes and noble near me and these are some books I was drawn to and was tempted to get.

I’ve noticed a lot of the books I’ve picked up was vampire related until my sister pointed it out.

🎀

I did get 2 books that I hadn’t listed on here

The Tempest of Tea by Hafsah Faizal (On my TBR) 🫖🩸

4 Town 4 Real Manga From the Turning Red Film 🐼❤️

During my bookstore visit, I was particularly drawn to many vampire-themed novels. Interestingly, this trend seems to resonate with popular culture's ongoing fascination with vampires, evidenced in recent releases like 'The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires' by Grady Hendrix, which combines humor and horror masterfully. I also stumbled upon 'The Tempest of Tea' by Hafsah Faizal, which offers a fresh twist on historical fantasy, promising a vibrant narrative that blends cultures and flavors. Additionally, manga adaptations such as '4 Town 4 Real' from the beloved film 'Turning Red' add a touch of nostalgia and whimsy for fans of animated storytelling. Exploring the bookstore not only enriches our reading choices but also keeps us in touch with trending genres and themes. For anyone interested in the stunning aesthetics of book covers and the narratives they hold, visit your local bookstore or keep an eye on bookshelves for fresh finds. Online platforms like #booktok and #lemon8bookclub can also provide recommendations and community insights into what to read next!
