My 'gym siblinghood' isn't just about sharing equipment or spotting each other; it’s about that shared motivation and pushing each other to be better. We started out feeling a bit like a 'skinny little family' in the gym, unsure where to begin, but we've built so much together. When it comes to versatile equipment, dumbbells are our absolute go-to. They’re perfect whether you're just starting out or looking to challenge yourself with new routines. We often mix and match our workouts, but some of our absolute favorite dumbbell exercises for a full-body blast include: goblet squats for powerful legs, walking lunges to build endurance, dumbbell rows for a strong back, overhead tricep extensions for sculpted arms, and a classic bicep curl to finish things off. We also love incorporating shoulder presses to really target the upper body. The beauty of dumbbells is how easily you can adjust the weight to suit everyone in your crew, ensuring we all get a challenging yet safe workout. The best part?
