WHAT DO YOU DO FOR ANXIETY ON YOUR DAILY LIFE.

Use the 333 step method I read a lot I like to go driving to look at things while I listen to soft music I like sounds I like suspense movies to watch or I’ll call my friends to talk for a little even if there not listening but sad part about it I only have 2 friends that suffer from the same thing so I have to be there for them as well. Now what if we all are going through an anxiety attack at the same time. We learned to just do a 3 way and talk.

... Read moreAnxiety can be a challenging part of daily life, but there are various strategies to help manage it effectively. One approach includes the 333 step method, which encourages grounding techniques to focus on your surroundings. Engaging in calming activities, such as listening to soothing music while driving or watching suspenseful movies, can divert your mind from anxious thoughts. Connecting with friends, especially those who understand your experiences with anxiety, can provide essential support. Even a brief conversation can remind you that you're not alone in your struggles. Additionally, consider creating a support group where you and your friends can share coping strategies and experiences. Practicing mindfulness and deep-breathing exercises may also significantly reduce anxiety levels. Finding time for self-care, whether through exercise, meditation, or hobbies you enjoy, can enhance your emotional well-being. As you explore these strategies, remember that it's okay to seek professional help if anxiety becomes overwhelming.
