How to use Fiverr to find a job?

I became pretty desperate awhile back and hired someone to write me a resume. The resume looks great so far, but still not sure if it will help get me a new job. While going through Fiverr I found people who will seek and apply for jobs for you. This to me seems strange, but I was wondering if anyone has had success. Can you give details? Can you tell them how much you need to make annually? Do you think it’s even worth my time thinking about?
