Growing dandelions, they are a dynamic accumulating plant loaded with nutrients and can be used as a plant fertilizer. i feed my red wiggler worms the greens during the winter. i use the roots as a daily.medicinal herb. Packed with vitamins A, B, C, D, and K, as well as the minerals iron, potassium, zinc, calcium, folate, and magnesium.
