Pray for cash

Meet cash he is a 9 month old gsp this morning Carlie let him out just like every morning but it wasn't like every morning 30 minutes later she went to let him in and couldn't find him she eventually made her way to the front yard and found him laying in blood she freaked out as would anyone and got him to the house and called me she then rushed him to the vet and the did X-rays and gave him pain meds he has a shattered thigh broke pelvic and bruised lungs and is in very bad shock do to certain things going on in life we are not able to afford the best care possible for him but we are doing what we can and praying for the best but with all of that said if you hit a dog on a road that only family lives on stop and say something don't drive off and act like it didn't happen.

(P.s before someone says keep him in the yard he never leaves the yard and has tracking collars that's the only way he was found we do not fully know what happened but from the way everything looks and what the doc is saying he was hit and no clue by who).

... Read moreCash, our 9-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer, suffered a grave accident that left him with a shattered thigh, a broken pelvis, and bruised lungs. His story is a reminder of the dangers pets can face even in familiar spaces. Dogs are vulnerable when they roam freely, and accidents can happen unexpectedly. After the incident, we rushed him to the vet for emergency care, but the costs have been overwhelming given our current circumstances. We're appealing to our community for support during this difficult time, highlighting how critical it is to provide our pets with the best care. Many pet owners face similar challenges, and crowdfunding for veterinary expenses has become a vital tool in these circumstances. Furthermore, this incident raises an important conversation about pet safety and driver responsibility. If you ever hit a dog or see an injured animal, please stop and assist instead of driving away. Your actions could save a life, and together, we can create more awareness around this issue. Caring for animals is a shared responsibility, and we encourage everyone to ensure their pets are secure and monitored at all times, especially in neighborhoods where traffic may pose a risk. As we pray for Cash’s recovery, we are grateful for any support, whether through donations or simply sharing this message to raise awareness. Thank you for being part of our journey to help Cash heal.
