Taste the Espana Flavours

Amor Singapore

We came here expecting a quiet refined dinner and left planning our next visit immediately.

Bombas and jamón ibérico croquettes set the tone. Crisp, creamy, and easy to finish.

Then came the desserts. Basque burnt cheesecake, hazelnut almond lava cake, and pan con chocolate. Simple but unforgettable in execution.

The mains sealed it. Seafood paella, Mediterranean seabream, wagyu short rib, and ibérico pork ribs. Rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Sides were just as impressive. Padrón peppers, pa amb tomàquet, happy eggs, and the tea smoked king salmon with avruga caviar that quietly steals the spotlight.

Spanish spritz, The Mafia, and hibiscus fizz to round it all off.

Save this for your next date night or dinner spot. This one stays with you.

... Read moreDining at Amor Singapore is truly a feast for the senses, showcasing some of the finest Spanish culinary traditions in an intimate and welcoming setting. One of the highlights you shouldn’t miss is the jamón ibérico croquettes—these are perfectly crispy on the outside and luxuriously creamy inside, offering a burst of traditional Spanish flavor that paired wonderfully with a refreshing Spanish spritz. For seafood lovers, the Mediterranean seabream and seafood paella stand out with their rich flavors and beautifully balanced seasoning that perfectly coats every grain of rice. The tea-smoked king salmon with avruga caviar was an unexpected delight, quietly stealing the spotlight with its subtle smokiness and the luxurious touch of caviar. These thoughtfully crafted dishes make every bite memorable. The menu also excels in its meat selections; the wagyu short rib is tender and sweet, while the ibérico pork ribs are aromatic and succulent, with the meat so tender it almost falls off the bone. These dishes bring a comforting yet sophisticated element to the meal, ideal for sharing during a special evening. Don’t overlook the sides like padrón peppers and happy eggs, which add exciting textures and flavors to the meal. The happy eggs, creamy and silky, really enliven the palate and complement the mains beautifully. Desserts are a perfect finale—Basque burnt cheesecake offers a caramelized yet creamy delight, while the hazelnut almond lava cake and pan con chocolate provide simple yet unforgettable indulgences. These sweets balance richness with subtlety. Beyond the food, the ambiance of Amor Singapore reflects a calm and refined vibe, making it a perfect choice for a date night or a memorable dinner with friends. Located at 107 Amoy Street, it’s a hidden gem worth returning to. Whether you're craving classic Spanish dishes or inventive culinary twists, Amor Singapore invites you to savor the essence of España right in the heart of Singapore.
