easy way to get all your skin care DONE

#lemon8contest #AskLemon8

I'm so guilty of saying I'm going to do a nice skincare routine after I shower/before bed, but I always end up procrastinating 💔

And by procrastinating, I mean not doing it at all. Before I started doing skincare this way, I would get my full routine in maybe twice a week (if I was lucky).

Now, I get it done pretty much every single day unless I'm utterly exhausted or just giving my skin a nice little reset break.

With this tip, I like to take ALL the stuff I plan on using out AS SOON AS I walk into the bathroom. This way it has to be put away back where it belongs. As soon as I'm done with that step in my routine, I put it back in its home!!!

Now I absolutely LOVE doing my skincare and have so many good products on my shelf!! (goodmolecules sponsorship when? 🤩)

A proven method to overcome this issue is inspired by the principle "out of sight, out of mind"—or more positively, "in sight, in mind." As the article's tip suggests, taking all skincare products out of storage and placing them visibly on your bathroom counter as soon as you enter helps create a visual reminder and encourages you to complete each step without delay. This strategy not only simplifies the routine but also transforms skincare from a task into an enjoyable ritual. Returning each product to its designated place immediately after use reduces clutter, maintains product integrity, and reinforces the habit through repetitive action. Moreover, having a clean and organized space boosts motivation and signals that skincare time is personal self-care time. In addition, consistency is key in skincare efficacy. Even expert dermatologists emphasize the importance of regular cleansing, moisturizing, and targeted treatments to maintain skin health. Adopting small behavioral changes like layout organization can have a substantial impact on adherence. Integrating this method with quality products, such as those mentioned like Good Molecules, can further enhance results. Good Molecules is known for effective and affordable skincare, focusing on transparency and ingredient potency, which aligns well with building a straightforward routine. For those interested in optimizing further, setting reminders on devices or pairing skincare with daily habits (like after brushing teeth) can reinforce the commitment. Taking breaks occasionally to allow the skin to 'reset' is also crucial for preventing irritation. Ultimately, the secret to 'getting all your skin care done' lies not just in having the right products but in creating a routine environment and mindset that makes skincare effortless and rewarding every day.
