I cannot believe I found this it really brings back some great memories. I was going through some old records and came across this photo on the buoy deck of the US Coast Guard Cutter Cowslip (WLB-277) in 1999 when the cutter was supposed to be decommissioned (long story) and this was taken for the quarterly USCG magazine at the time. If you look closely at the very top right that young Second Class Petty Officer who has the second C in USCGC, well that's me all those years ago.
