This post was prompted from experiences Eye know all TOO well. SO, as Eye was literally experiencing this EXACT challenge today, felt Eye’m likely not the only one. So figured why not share some things Eye do to support and honor mycellf WITHOUT spiraling and losing mycellf. The most important thing to consider is, NOT knocking it til you actually try it.

🦋Eye’ve noticed when Eye genuinely go into a practice or ritual with pure intent of it helping me, without expectations of how quickly, or different Eye must feel upon completion can be self destructing in itself. Just saying. From experience lol is why Eye’ve learned to stop doing that, as these practices are not only FREE, but actually CAN and do work if allowed. Sometimes it’s subtle and gentle but when it comes to emotionally painful situations, isn’t that most times the best medicine?? Something gentle and warm to the heart and spirit? But Eye get it, not everything is for everyone.

💚Eye honor that. But still want to share things that work for me that MAY also work for you. Afterall, we won’t know if we don’t try right???
